Tallinn - Helsinki via Viking XPRS #travel

Trip planning:
We booked the 7am Tallinn to Helsinki Viking XPRS tickets as we travelled on a Thursday (weekday).

For two adults and one 7 year old child and the car

Ports:
Helsinki: Skatudden
Tallinn:
Reisisadam

So we got to queue in the car lane to board the VIKING XPRS by 6am (about one hour before departure time), and I managed to capture a time lapse of the sunrise on the Gulf of Finland

The Viking XPRS makes the crossing between the two capitals in about two and a half hours, with two daily departures from each port. The ship is designed with separate car decks for freight and for passengers cars, and with a limited passenger cabin capacity as she only does daytime crossings. There is a foreign mission of Singapore in Helsinki Finland, so I made a trip by car from Tallinn to Helsinki, to collect my renew passport personally in Helsinki. Following this, we drove from Helsinki to the southern Finland, a place called Lappeenranta. We learn about the Finnish Education System, their secret to their success and about 'Pedagogical Love' as part of their system.
